Scott Fowler

is an accomplished Associate Professor in Computer Science, bringing a wealth of expertise to the field. His research spans various domains, including Quality of Service (QoS), Quality of Experience (QoE), NGN, Wireless, IoT, Optimization, Machine Learning, and Analytics of Systems. As a Senior Member of both IEEE and ACM, Scott Fowler actively contributes to numerous IEEE conferences and workshops, assuming roles such as TPC Chair and Symposium Chair.  His commitment to advancing the field is evident in significant roles in professional service. Scott Fowler served as the Special Interest Groups coordinator for IEEE Communications Software (CommSoft) Technical Committee and IEEE Communications Switching and Routing Technical Committee (CSR) from 2012-2022. Currently, he holds the position of Vice-Chair for the IEEE Communications Switching and Routing (CSR) Technical Committee.

Anna Maria Uhlin is a dedicated project economist with a keen focus on research initiatives. She possesses expertise in managing projects funded by both Swedish contributors and the European Union. Anna Maria brings a wealth of experience and a strong analytical skill set to the table, making her a valuable asset in navigating the complexities of economic research and project management.

We hope at the end of the project we can provide a useful application and tools for a wide age group of citizens for disaster preparedness.
