
This weekend (Nov 15-16), the PlayIT 2025 Budapest successfully concluded, thrilling Central Europe’s gaming and pop-culture community. The massive festival celebrated digital entertainment, drawing thousands of enthusiasts for a weekend of esports finals, unreleased game demos, workshops, and panel discussions. The atmosphere was electric, with bustling exhibition halls featuring the latest tech and merchandise, alongside popular content creator meet-and-greets. It was the ultimate gathering spot for gamers and tech lovers to connect. PlayIT cemented its status as Hungary’s biggest gaming event, fostering community spirit, innovation, and competitive challenges, making it an unforgettable experience for all attendees.



This was exactly the place for us at B-prepared – for the first demo of VR-prepared closed beta! That wasn’t the only thing you could experience by visiting us, the newest version of IM-prepared AR was also hard at work 😉 Huge thanks to VFGE for inviting us to their community!



Excitement began on Friday, when we set up the booth for the whole weekend. What followed, we couldn’t even anticipate! The B-prepared booth and demo area was packed so full of interested people, that you wouldn’t have been able to drop a needle… On Saturday, it was impossible to catch our breath, all 3 VR headsets were tested to the full, with 44 unique players trying out the closed beta – and some of them came back for additional rounds. GenX testers ultimately started to speedrun the map, with the best completing it in 1:40 😀! On Sunday, another 30 people came for testing.



IM-prepared AR was especially popular with kids – even as young as 5-6-year-olds! – and we were quite surprised by how informed they already were! All in all, everybody gained some valuable experience and new skills and information, testers about disaster preparedness, and the B-prepared team about never to underestimate how many headsets, cables and personnel to bring to an expo…
